I filled out a credit app on line and was told I would get a reply if I was approved.I didn't receive a reply so I arranged a loan thru my credit union but had to pick up the check in Omaha.When I arrived at the dealership I was told I would have to pay an extra 750 for the car if I didn't finance through the dealership. I was also told that there was no penalty for early payoff then told I have to keep the loan for 6 months or still be charged 750. I'm so disappointed pissed off with this people 8/26/23 the sold me s truck the assured didn't have no problems at all, such a liars and dishonest, the truck is leaking oil since day one they don't want to do anything about it.

I have emailed the Service Center four times asking some simple questions about bringing my BMW in for some work, and have not heard back. They suck at communication, and obviously don't value my business.

A complete clown show, to put it mildly. The absolute worst BMW dealership I've ever dealt with. That's saying something from a guy who has bought 9 new BMWs.

Not happy with the dealership or salesman. Something is wrong with the screen, and all they tell me is… we’ll make an appointment with the closest dealer and have them look at it. This is before we even drove it off the lot and driving 6yrs to get the car. Said their service dept is closed

Sells damages cars “as is”, would have been nice to know about obvious leaks that they had to know about. I should not have expected better, so I guess that’s on me.

Selling used cars is not safe, do not check the quality of the car when selling, do not advise customers on the actual condition of the car

Sales was great, I will always agree with that. But the issue I ran into is that I bought a brand new car and the tires that were sold with it are completely not made in the entire nation. Now needing a tire, I have to either buy 4 full brand new tires, or buy used. Not sure how you can sell a brand new car with tires that are completely out of stock. This is very upsetting. And I was told “sorry can’t do anything about it.” That’s not customer service at all. This is their mess up. End of story

Went in for an oil change and was told there was an oil leak from oil filter gasket and valve cover and was going to cost $4000. There was no signs of any problem. Took it to an independent shop and was told there was no leak and that it was due to steam around the engine which was normal in all cars. Will be taking my service somewhere else. Every time they will find something else wrong with your car to make money off of you, even when there’s none.
