The Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. I did not buy a car from this dealership so I cannot comment on the sales staff, but I did bring my BMW x5 SUV in for repairs this month. I suggest you never utilize the repair services at this dealership. Jessica my repair coordinator was dishonest, disrespectful and just plain rude. She actually called my husband an "xxxxxxx" and from the reviews I later read this was no new behavior for her. My oil pan gasket repair ended up costing 5 times the average rate. Hector Marino - Finance Manager is Irresponsible and did not take pride in his word. He did not do what he said he would do and lied to get out of the trouble. I bought a Used car from BMW. Hector took my down payment and gave me the title to sign and told me that the title will be sent to the Dmv within 30 days. 2 days before the expired day. Frustrating to say the least Dealer said they would do things and then didn't during my sale process. Car detail department was a lackluster mess with trash still under the seats, overall interior job very poor, exterior washed but did nothing to really make the car show room quality. Asked for touch up and was denied, even at a discount. Overall I will not being going back for service or sales. Disappointed in a Berkshire owned dealer.
Service Department - Poor Experience Brought in my X5M for a recall on the passenger airbag. Husker Auto BMW did a 27 point inspection upon arrival. Husker Auto's own inspection report states windshield is in good shape. Husker Auto BMW had the vehicle for several days. At pickup I noticed the windshield was cracked from top middle all the way to bottom right corner. The service advisor said Sara Hansen (Manager) would call me the next day. Nope. worst service department I would no longer support or recommend this location as Brooke in the service department had left . they do not return call ,and they are unprofessional .they returned my car after my last oil change with a damaged bumper, oil change computer check light not reset , car not washed . Worst managment ever! I took my cars there three times, and all 3 had issues with service reps. Manager didn't even call back after leaving 10 messages (voice messages + written messages from reps). I would recommend to use service else where.
Don't stand behind their vehicle or their service department These guys were all nice and friendly when I bought the used car (was one year old with less than 5000 miles on it), but when the car had a major failure (with less than 5500 miles on it), it was there service department that screwed it up so the original power train warranty wouldn't cover it and they did nothing other than tell us it was ours to take up with the manufacturer after waiting almost 2 weeks to get any answers out of them.
by far the very worst buying experience I've had in 60 years Really don't want to trust used department as they are not truthful. Upper management refused to even speak to me. Called upper management over 20 times and they never got back to me. Was promised a refund of my deposit $ and never received. Horrible. I was out of state and they treated me with utter disrespect. Will never buy from BMW or Mini die to this dealership.
So bad too many to list Well it started with 12 hits on my credit the first day got a ford focus ... Paid on it for a year and then traded it in for a Toyota camary found out they didnt have a title for it .. They told me to drive this car on expired intransits till they got the title ... never happened ... So i traded that car in for a bmw x5 ..
