This was the 5th car that I have bought from BMW of Springfield and we have always been treated with the most respect. Sophia was my sales person this go around and she bent over backwards for me as I am a very picky buyer. They had to facilitate a dealer trade in order the get the exact car that I wanted! They got it here within 2 days of the trade going through. I wouldn’t imagine buying a BMW from anywhere else!! Ask for Sophia!
