Perfect Car Buying Experience Most of us hate the car buying experience but after visiting your dealership by appointment and with the most professional, kind and encouraging staff, especially Marc, I am a changed customer. My appointment was on time, I was not attacked by sales people. You all helped me achieve something I wasn't sure would happen and with no false promises or vague responses. Thank you so much! It's your employees that make this dealership top notch!
Buying a New Car Marc was wonderful in helping me find the "right car" and the "right deal" for me. He really puts the customer first and I like that he is not overly aggressive which is typically what turns me off from a sale. He answered my questions and gave me the space and his expert advice without "hovering." He is a wonderful resource and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a BMW or even explore buying one. He is very knowledgeable, down to earth, and professional!

Flawlessly handled with absolute respect for my time Mark was excellent to work with on my car purchase. Towards the end of my lease, Mark telephoned me with reminders, but did not waste my time and did not bug me. When it was time (with about a week left on my lease), I called Mark and he quickly understood my needs, concerns and interests. The entire process was extremely easy and I was able to obtain what I wanted with a minimal amount of time expended (I absolutely hate wasting my time).
Superb! I felt offered the best care pacakage for my BMW I came to this dealership five years ago, and visited the Springfield location, and the same salesman was there. He never changed, still kind and polite, and friendly towards me. I thought its not in my budget but when I come back I hope Marc is still there, and he was! He's consistent, kind, friendly, clean, professional, and nailing the knowledge and sale of the car. I'm satisfied!
