Brett answered my call. When I told him I only wanted one window his response was "uumm I'm not excited about one window" even though I never inquired about his level of enthusiasm. I thought I misheard him as I was on a cell phone and laughed and said "I thought I heard you say you were not excited about one window?" He response was "I did...maybe if it were five windows I'd be excited but not just one, but he did want the business." First time I called them and Rep Chris came down to my condo in 2 days, measured the openings/dimension and gave me an estimated - promptly and friendly in the 1st visit.
