Iemailed them and asked about the Big Deal and also for an estimate on multiple other windows ( Over 12 other windows ) The salesman came on time for the appointment and walked the house with me. I mentioned the Big Deal several times as the windows were 18" x 79" which he said were within the parameters.When the quote came back, it was priced at $3,423.76, not $1,498.00 as advertised. I think that this is just a simple misunderstanding of what the big deal can be applied for. In the fine print, it says this does not cover wood structures or finned windows. This project happens to be both and not to mention there was some high flying windows that are definitely not eligible for the big deal. The big deal also states that they can only be used for single hung windows which is an up and down type window. Your project has side to side type windows which in turn are extra money.
