However when the truck arrived, Bubba and Matt made the process of buying it remotely extremely painless for me, handled the titling, plates, etc to make it a flawless, sight-unseen transaction. We purchased a 2021 Escape and everyone from the sales person to the finance manager were so nice. I hate shopping for cars but they made it as painless as possible.
