Not only was Bob responsive, respectful and patient from day one, his experience and insight was a great asset in securing a property. Bob is a fantastic lender. His assistance and the advice he gave us during the process was on point and extremely helpful, and his straightforward explanation of the process was a great asset. Overall Bob was absolutely great to work with, he helped us through every step of the way and was there to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. This was our first experience with getting a loan and buying a home, Bob and his team made it extremely less scary than it seems and help us get into our home easily. Bob helped me tremendously when I needed professional assistance with obtaining a bridge loan. He made the entire process stress-free and was there to take care of all the specifics.
