I really can't say enough good about Bob. From the first phone call, he is genuinely happy to do business with you, excited to help, and he makes himself incredibly available every step of the way. Any time we have experienced any sticking points, Bob has always jumped right in and smoothed them out quickly. This is my third mortgage and/or refinance with Bob, and I'll definitely be back if there's a next time!

Bob was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire mortgage lending process! He locked in a great rate and followed up regularly with important updates. Not only was Bob responsive, respectful and patient from day one, his experience and insight was a great asset in securing a property. As a self employed, first time home buyer who was looking to purchase a multifamily property, utilizing an FHA loan- I can only imagine the headache I was! Bob is a fantastic lender. His assistance and the advice he gave us during the process was on point and extremely helpful, and his straightforward explanation of the process was a great asset. Overall Bob was absolutely great to work with, he helped us through every step of the way and was there to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. This was our first experience with getting a loan and buying a home, Bob and his team made it extremely less scary than it seems and help us get into our home easily.
