We have financed or refinanced our home five times-and each time we have utilized Bob's services. He is dependable, clearly explains the process and has always had our back through any nuances that may pop up. We have never experienced "surprises", which no one likes. The transactions have been smooth and on projected schedule. Could not expect anything more.
