I am a first time homebuyer and I could not believe how smooth this process was thanks to Bob. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the lending and buying process. Bob was always available to answer any of my questions no matter the time or if he was in the office or not. Bob is friendly professional knowledgeable and always happy to help. For these reasons I would absolutely recommend Bob Pezzella at RMS.

Bob Pezzella and his team really do 'guide you home'. Some business slogans are for show and empty - not RMS's... Every person I worked with to secure my mortgage was efficient knowledgeable trustworthy and kind. Every call or question was met with a speedy answer no matter what time of day... This is my seventh mortgage and this process by comparison was absolutely the very best. I would recommend Bob enthusiastically.

A person that I highly respect and find to be trustworthy referred me to Bob Pezzella. From the very beginning Bob was honest and he was able to lock me in to a low interest rate that other lenders could not compete with. Bob was clear and concise about what paperwork was needed and would email and update me all through the process. I was always able to get in touch with him by phone text and email.
