I had my car serviced here for routine maintenance, and it turned out to be a very frustrating and disappointing experience. After I picked up my car, I immediately noticed a strong gas smell when using the AC. I returned to the dealership same day. After a simple maintenance appointment, they found out the oil cap wasn’t put back on, which caused oil to spill on my engine. Bob Tyler Toyota has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. My husband and I purchased a 4Runner with a service package that was supposed to include free oil changes and tire rotations. I hope nothing goes wrong with whatever you buy or the customer service department will tell you nothings wrong it’s supposed to violently pull to the right. They said it was the tires they put on and did nothing to correct it. Now with new tires I put on it’s still pulling to the right to the point where when I’m stopped the wheel turns to the right by itself. Worst dealership ever

I took my Tacoma to Bob Tyler Toyota on Friday 8/8/25 to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The service advisor that greeted me seemed annoyed, wasn’t very helpful, and sort of rude. The truck was not driven at all on Saturday. My husband was moving the truck on Sunday and noticed the engine did not sound normal. Called ahead to see if they had a specific vehicle. Was misinformed so we wasted a trip and a few hours. Then, after telling them very specifically I did NOT want to give my personal information for marketing, they sent me 5 marketing text messages to the phone number I originally called in with. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the kid who had put me in the system for marketing actually said “NO, but I can have someone call you back” Went in with cash to buy a truck for my mom and left knowing we’ll never r... read more

Showed up pre-approved for $99k and sales woman ended up ditching me for another customer and didn't even let me know herself. She left me standing outside waiting for her to get keys for one of their vehicles. Another associate had to come and tell me himself that she was assisting another customer. The entire visit at the lot was total chaos and disarray. Super disappointed.

What a place, rip off, made an appointed while car was under warranty for an issue, they made appointment 2 days after warranty expired then refused my warranty over 2 days expired!!!! Wanted $165.00 just to scan it. I’ll never spend another dollar with this place.
