Tried for multiple days to get in touch with a service advisor to try to get a quote and possibly schedule an appointment to get a new set of tires. I left multiple voicemails with service advisor and service director and never received a call back. Just had world Ford put a new set of tires on Toyota Tacoma. It only took me calling them once.

Do NOT put the $1000 down Bob Tyler Toyota will ask of you to EVEN negotiate a price on vehicle, incentives, financing etc. I picked out a vehicle, they gave me a decent trade in offer. I moved here almost a year ago. My out of state registration was expired by 2 months and since it requires an inspection every year for renewal I was unable to be there to do. Talked to a associate via phone call asking about my tire warrantee was told they were still in warranty. Advised associate that if the tire repair does not fall under warranty I would go elsewhere. Get to shop and service tech (very friendly) called us after we left and said tires aren't under warranty. Never got a call back from a Chrystal, like promised by associate i spoke with last night belive her name was honestly I can't remember but it started with an A. We purchased a brand new 2024 Tundra truck 1794 edition from #Bob Tyler Toyota on July 6th, 2024. We have been Toyota owners for years and this purchase has been a disaster from the beginning. Absolutely do not recommend this dealership (especially the service department). This is the second time that I’ve gotten my vehicle back from service and they’ve left grease marks inside. I immediately point this out upon receiving my vehicle back. The advisor brings up the technician who serviced my car and I have to explain my issue. He then gets a DRY rag to wipe down the door panel and says “well, I guess I won’t get this to your liking” and threw his hands up.
