Recommendedhorrible experience, complete rip-off. brought my vehicle in for oil change/ aliment,they forgot to do the aliment, when asked they said it would be another hour wait, my gut told me to walk out, I stayed and said go ahead. I leave,im not even a few miles up the road when its pulling to left! I bought a camry from bob tyler toyota. It was the worst experience I've ever had while purchasing a car. I expressed to toyota my disappointment after the sale. I have since received 3 calls from bob tyler toyota saying they are under "new management"... I'll walk before I buy from bob tyler...

Horrible service. Ordered touch up paint to sell my vehicle. Two weeks later the dealership has no clue where the paint is, when it might arrive or how to track the order I paid for. In spite of initially paying in cash the dealership was unable to offer me a refund in cash. I’m grateful I didn‘t spend $800+ ordering replacement keys for my 2019 from the dealership given their lack of accountability.

SCAMMERS. Do not buy a car from them. They will scheme and tack on any extra little fees they can to make money. You have to be soulless to work at a dealership I guess. Especially don’t buy a car from them if you are from Mississippi.

Total rip off. I was assured of a drive off the lot price by the salesman and the finance manager and have the communication to prove it. Got the car back to Louisiana where i had to pay another 2K to get the title/license. This was accounted for in the bill of sale, or so i was led to believe. If it wasnt, what was that number?
