I bought a camry from bob tyler toyota. It was the worst experience I've ever had while purchasing a car. I expressed to toyota my disappointment after the sale. I have since received 3 calls from bob tyler toyota saying they are under "new management"... I'll walk before I buy from bob tyler...

Horrible service. Ordered touch up paint to sell my vehicle. Two weeks later the dealership has no clue where the paint is, when it might arrive or how to track the order I paid for. In spite of initially paying in cash the dealership was unable to offer me a refund in cash. I’m grateful I didn‘t spend $800+ ordering replacement keys for my 2019 from the dealership given their lack of accountability.

SCAMMERS. Do not buy a car from them. They will scheme and tack on any extra little fees they can to make money. You have to be soulless to work at a dealership I guess. Especially don’t buy a car from them if you are from Mississippi.

Total rip off. I was assured of a drive off the lot price by the salesman and the finance manager and have the communication to prove it. Got the car back to Louisiana where i had to pay another 2K to get the title/license. This was accounted for in the bill of sale, or so i was led to believe. If it wasnt, what was that number? Did they just add thousands to the price? Criminal. Weeks later, lots of phone calls and no response. NONE. Not from a manager, finance mgr, accounting, nothing. They are slick; dont fall for it. Went to this dealership for a new 4Runner. Paid the price the salesman Sawyer martin and the finance manager Austin Williams assured me was the full price. Nothing more. Have lots of texts and emails to back this up. I took it back to Louisiana and when I picked up the title and tag I was charged another 2k.! I had been repeatedly assured that the numbers in my bill of sale covered it all. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back. Not the salesman, not the manager , not finance or accounting. "I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Toyota dealership. I waited for over three months for the vehicle to arrive, and when it finally did, I completed all the necessary paperwork and paid for the vehicle. However, just before the scheduled pick-up, the dealership unexpectedly canceled the deal without providing any explanation. I bought a new Venza in Dec 2022 the salesman didn’t tell me I only got one key with a new vehicle if he had of told me I only would get one key I would have not bought a new car and I still don’t have a key yet Toyota told me I could buy a new key at your dealerships but I would have to pay for it I call your dealership couldn’t get a price on a new key. Toyota has not sent me a receipt to get a new key from your dealership at no cost. What do I need to do to get a key
