The “veteran” salesman said what he said, and when our salesman returned to give me an answer, his response was, and I quote, “They done throw me to the wolves.” They gave me information on financing a car when I inquired about leasing one. I made the mistake of buying from 'bob tyler toyota" in 2018 and ever since they have called me 3 or 4 times a year saying they are under new management and begging for my business. I will NEVER buy from bob tyler toyota, ever. No need in responding to this review. I'm going to spend the day leaving this same review so others can avoid bob tylers needy/spammy business.

*BUYER BEWARE* worst decision I ever did to trust bob tyler Toyota to put me in a RELIABLE car. Just 3 days after knowing the car was messed up took it back up and said I was stuck with the car. Here I am a month later of purchasing the car and the ENGINE LONG BLOCK HAS TO BE REPLACED (the engine). The only reason I'm even giving one star was for Scott (the salesmen). He was the one who sold us this vehicle and the only one who has tried to keep us up-to-date or support our family and issue. We aren't very versed in buying cars and I understand that that part is on us. But as far as support and working with clients this dealership was such a disappointment.
