We were celebrating our special date and were looking forward to a romantic night out. But turn out that we were dinning in a cold room because of the restaurant doest not have the heat that particular night and it was 29 degree out side. We wasn't aware that the heather does not working until we already order our food. The restaurant shoud not open for business with a very cold day like that.We would have had a better experience if the heat was working.
This was my second time to this establishment. Unfortunately, the steak that my girlfriend ordered had to be sent back because it was not prepared properly. However, more disappointing was the necessity to send it back a second time. Although a free desert was given, her meal should have been complimentary. I really do like this restaurant, I just think it should have been handled differently. Prehaps because we didn't have expensive drinks and wine, they felt they could not offer to comp the meal.
My wife and I went for her birthday; we were treated to 2 glasses of champagne and a sparkling cotton candy/ice creat treat. The food, we ordered the stuffed lobster (with crab) and a ribeye steak along with potatoes with peppers. All dishes were fantastic and well cooked; my wife doesn't even like crab and was eating it like it was out of style! Our waiter provided fantastic service throughout the night. Meh. Our food was fantastic but the seating was terrible, the service just ok. A dinner for two with a glass of wine and dessert and tip = ~$230. I've had better experiences for less. National Harbor is also kind of ghetto, some dudes rolled up in here in jerseys and ball caps....on Valentines Day. Lame.
Restaraunt appearance and ambiance was great.
This is our FAVORITE restaurant. The food is unbelievable, the staff is the best and the atmosphere is wonderful. You will never find better food. The steaks are amazing and the mozzarella and prosciutto bar will blow your mind.

This was my 2nd time visiting Bond 45. There aren't too many nice restaurants in the Ft. Washington area. The seating was quiet and cozy as I requested. We were seated in the back with two other couples and it was very nice to not have to yell to hear each other. The service was very good, we ordered a bottle of wine, Salmon, broccoli, mashed potatoes, red velvet cake, cheese cake--everything was delicious! The prices are a little high, but overall, very good place to eat.
