We made these reservations a couple of months ago and met some friends there. Although the food was "good" (not superb), it was definitely over-priced. The wine list is fine other than the fact that the wine prices (by the bottle) have been over-escalated for many of the brands. We were disappointed in our waiter which we are sharing with the restaurant privately.
Everything about this restaurant was great. It is pricey but worth every dollar. Can't wait to go back.
What can I say but WOW. Our first visit to National Harbor and Bond 45. We were greeted by a very professional staff. We waited a few minutes for the others to arrive. We were offered to be seated, we said we would wait for the others. We were seated. Cocktails were great. App's were just to die for. Dinner, Steaks,Pasta,Fish all cooked perfect. Thank you, great birthday dinner for my daughter. We usually get the steaks when we go there (many times) but this time we had the seared tuna, lobster stuffed with crab, and the shrimp scampi - all were excellent. Great service.
I am resident of National Harbor and have dined at Bond 45 before. It is always a wonderful dining experience for us.
The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff there was both very pleasant and professional! The appetizers (shrimp and calamari) was the best I have had anywhere! I also have not had popover's for decades and they melted in my mouth! I finally found a place where the lobster satisfies my pallet but the filet was a bit tougher than I would have expected but was properly prepared!
The service is second to none! They went above and beyond to make it an experience my parents will not soon forget! I suggested we take my mom their for her birthday and their anniversary (same date). The waitor brought us (me, my wife and parents) each a glass of champagne to toast their anniversary and an epic ice cream treat (cup of perfectly smooth vanilla ice cream surrounded by a bed a cotton candy) for my mom to enjoy her birthday!! Food was epic and will always recommend this place to anyone visiting the Harbor!
Had a great experience as always; though it was starting to get crowded, the staff was very attentive
We sat on the patio- The weather was great, the service was friendly and the food was terrific. I loved the ossobucco with the pasta
