The food was outstanding and very creative - gelato with hand-spun cotton candy! the speciality drinks were delish too! Definitely going back!

I have been here now 3 times and have never been disappointed.
This was my second visit to the National Harbor location and my husband's first (He's been to the NYC location). We both thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bond 45. The service was excellent and so was the food. In my husband's own words, "Excellent Choice!" We'll be back!
In a wrap- too expensive. Great food, service and scenic views, but be prepared to shell OUT!
If you like steak this place knows how to do it right. Our meat arrived cooked exactly as ordered. If you like olives the warm olive appetizer was amazing and the parmesan popovers were a nice touch. Nice wine selection too. The Caesar salad was bland. The menu is pricey so we would reserve this place for special occasions. The first half of the meal seemed a little rushed. I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time was amazing. The second time OK and this last time not so great. My medium rare New York steak was over cooked but still tasty and yes I could have sent it back but I don't do that-- I like to eat with my family. The cheese and prosciutto samples are always good. But they never give you enough tomatoes or bread to share with everyone. Three slices of tomato is not enough and they seem confused if you ask for more. Great happy hour and dinner. Service was exceptional. This was my first time visiting during restaurant week. The bread poppers with proscuitto and the creamy mozzarella cheese is a great appetizer...not on the restaurant week menu, but I'd return just for this appetizer. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The wait staff had great suggestions and were very attentive.
Overall, the experience was average. My husband loved his filet, but my entree was barely edible. Admittedly, I should've known not to order the fish special on a Monday. That's absolutely the worst night to order fish (most restaurants get fish deliveries on Fri, and then not again until Tues, so on Mon night, it's 3-day old fish). Plus, when it's a special, it's usually something they're trying to clear out. That makes it the opposite of "special".
