I had to ask the hostess to find the waitress for the people in the section. They did not have fresh WHOLE eggs. By the time the grits were ready I was ready to go to our show. The cheese was out so long that it was dry and hard. It became too much effort for such a pricey brunch. Not the birthday celebration we were hoping to have.
Was giving the wrong food. When I brought it to the server’s attention no accommodations were made. The server just said I made a mistake.
Generally, very disappointing. We went for restaurant week, which was advertised, but they told us they weren’t honoring restaurant week and had a higher priced menu.
I ordered the deconstructed lasagna and it was just horrible. The noodles which were on top and were like a pastry were hard, the inside of the lasagna was so full of meat, so dry and no flavor, there was barely any sauce on top of the dish or inside and there was a plop of cold cheese on the top. YUCK! The wedge salad was good and the wine, but I don't think I will be returning here again.
Super Slow service. Our table felt unattended. Had to wait for silverware and cutlery well after our food arrived. Ordered a bottle of wine and had to wait 15 minutes to receive glasses after the bottle arrived. Overpriced for the service and quality of the food. Will not be returning.
Overall experience was lacking foe such a nice restaurant. There were not many food options to chose from on the brunch buffet. I arrived around 1:30 pm and all the food was cold. I asked if the selections would be refilled and the kitchen staff informed me NO and they don't make the decision to do so. The host did not inform me the food would not be refilled. We arrived for our 6th wedding anniversary and were sat in the bar... ??? The person at the next table was slurring his words and reeked of alcohol, not surprising since he had five drinks in front of him. It was loud as there were TVs with football playoffs on... they were very busy, we sat at 715 and didn’t get even water till 727. There are better places for steaks and pasta in the area.
This restaurant does not provide the service you would expect from a place with this price point. Waiter was rude & entrees arrived lukewarm.
