This was a birthday dinner for us... best I can say is train wreak. It started off with the waitress trying to impress us by not writing down our orders... well, she should write stuff down it might have helped in the accuracy of service. We ordered a dirty gin martini, we got a vodka martini, when we pointed this out and asked waitress to correct she said that was a gin martini and they used the house brand. Well thier house brand of gin must be vodka? She argued with us for a few minutes claiming we could not taste the dif... read more
The waiter was good, but food and food service horrible: We had to wait over an hour for our food and it was cold when it arrived. We were told several times it was coming and didn’t come!!! It was a bad end to a great day celebrating my brother’s college graduation.
Not impressed. Horrible service and value. Rude all the way around
Went for lunch and found out it was brunch menu only. However once we were seated the brunch options were limited and the restaurant began to close the brunch before 3 o’clock limiting the already limited food options. As a first time diner to the restaurant I can say I was not impressed with the food or service.
The food was pretty good, but the service was TERRIBLE. It was so disorganized- we had made reservations, but there were masses of people killing at the door because nobody knew where the hostess was. When she finally returned and got people seated, it was another 10 minutes before our server showed up and asked what we wanted. We never even got a menu. I had to steal silverware off a table nearby. I’ve honestly never even left a review for a restaurant online before (especially a bad one, because I’ve been a server and I un... read more
Guess short staffed as waiting after being seated was beyond long. Never again.
I specifically chose Bond 45 for a 12:45 brunch reservation because the brunch was open until 3:00PM. Unfortunately the food on the buffet appeared stale and was not replenished often. While the food had good flavor it was often tepid. I will not return.
Ridiculously loud inside. The two of us could barely hold a conversation at our table. My $46 ribeye ordered medium rare was served well done and had zero flavor other than the half pound of salt it had been rubbed with. The $26 pour of WhistlePig wasn’t even one finger. Worst $200 dinner for a couple in National Harbor. Won’t be back.
Was seated 20 minutes after reservation time after being told it would just take two minutes to set the table when we arrived. Discovered later that table wasn’t set completely. Child was served orange juice that was spoiled. Food took an hour to be served. One dish was missing and server or waitress did not notice. Asked about dish and the item had sold out and no one had told the waitress. Bathrooms were recently flooded with black grime on the floors. High priced crab cakes were diner quality. Our party was so upset manag... read more
