Nice setting. Found entrees to be quite overpriced. $36 chicken dish, salad with added chicken $35. $19 martini in champagne glass , less pour than standard. Disappointing. Wont be returning.
Drinks didn’t come out until we finished our entrees and the manager was rude when we told him. Server was great! Manager was awful and we won’t be back. Food was fine but given the other issues it’s just not worth it.
Food was not edible. Served frozen fried calamari. You can tell it came from a bag and the steak could not be cut with a knife and frozen on the inside completely raw. Worst experience ever. To top it off they send over trucker covered strawberries, and said “the chef insist”, but on the way out we saw they handed them out to everyone. Embarrassing.
Like many New York City restaurants this place is very expensive. This would typically be fine if the food was fantastic. I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp on it and the shrimp were absolutely in edible. This was a $30 salad! We had the Gorgonzola bread and it was delicious. The restaurant itself is extremely loud and the service was adequate. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Good service the food came out within minutes of ordering it. The problem was the food was dry and hard from sitting out for who knows how long under a warmer and was not prepared fresh. Management was great about it and did not charge us for the food sense we couldn’t eat it. We ended up going to a different restaurant.
This is worth it only if you are staying at the hotel with the vouchers for breakfast. We were not and the food was mediocre and expensive.
Warm welcome food looked great sadly steak very tough had to return, then had to ask for the steak to be removed from bill.. it was supposed to be a birthday treat
Very mediocre food. Tasted microwaved. Not real Italian. Clearly a very touristy spot. Service mediocre at best. Not worth a visit.
We ordered two fish dishes. Both were grossly overcooked.
