Sub-par Italian food. Ordered the toasted garlic focaccia… the garlic was raw. Ordered the house made fettuccini with bolognese sauce. It was so greasy and the fettuccine was hard… as if precooked and left out. The lasagne oddly tasted lemoney… Won’t go back. The staff was very nice though.
Although the food was excellent, the main course was brought out while we were eating our appetizers - which was NOT appreciated!
Terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes to give my order. After another 20 minutes appetizer and entrees was served together.
I had a reservation for pice fixe dinner / comedy show package. When I arrived at my reservation time I was told the comedy show was canceled. No comedy show, no notice, no price fixe dinner. I wound up having dinner there and paying more than the show/dinner package. Neither the host nor the server seemed to care. Is it a rouse to get people into their restaurant? I left very disappointed.
This was always our go to restaurant. What has happened? It has plummeted in my estimation. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the management and wait staff make you feel they’re doing you a favor. Nothing and no one are important and no one cares. It’s become a factory!
Ordered lemon chicken… I got a full plant of chicken that was about 1/10 of an inch thick. It looked like it was pounded to oblivion. Dry, hard, inedible. Wife’s food was fine, but then again it’s hard to mess up a veggie plate.
Service was great and the ambience was nice. Food was highly disappointing
Food temperature was room temperature and pasta not completely cooked.
Worst meal in New York! $40 for my daughter’s Caesar salad and she left hungry. Literally maybe half a head Of lettuce. No bread and I ordered the bolognese which tasted like it was made a week ago. Was horrible. My husband got a Margarita pizza and it was literally paper thin. The entire meal was disappointing and gross. Not sure why I am surprised since there was barely anyone there at 8 pm. Avoid at all costs!
