Zero taste in the food, overpriced and not worth the money
Service and food were terrible. We waiting almost 2hrs for our meal.
Very accommodating for the tables and our waiter was fantastic but that’s personal because that would be hit or miss. The food flavor was delicious but everything was just warm. Nothing was hot. The food seems like it was sitting out on a tray for hours at a time. It did not seem fresh and it came out within, six or seven minutes of watering it. How can something fresh be cooked so fast? Not! However, very convenient for the theater for death becomes her and smash.
Avoid this place. The worst service we have ever had in any restaurant anywhere. We had a reservation and showed up on time. We were seated. WE WERE IGNORED. NOBODY EVER CAME TO POUR WATER OR WELCOME US OR TAKE OUR ORDERS. Waiter and busboys came and went right past us, looked at us and moved on quickly. We tried hard to catch an eye to ask for a waiter. Our food took insanely long. Our server knew it wasn’t ok but when she finally brought it to us, she says “good things come to those who wait”…. At that point, the joke should have been kept in her mouth.
Food wasn’t good at all! Mine was over cooked! Olive garden is way better!
We waited about 20 minutes to get drink orders, then the waiter was sitting having breakfast.. too expensive for what it is. Maybe lunch and dinner are good but I wouldn’t recommend for breakfast.
Firstly, the food took for ever to come out. Then when it finally arrived the pastas were cold. The pizza was uncooked and barely a pizza, more like a flat bread. Pasta dish was sent back only to return again cold! Never come back here again. Not a reflection on the good food we have had in NYC so far until now.
Definitely racist & prejudice. Gays and blacks are seated back by the kitchen. We were not visited by our waiter anytime after the food was served by the kitchen we eventually flagged him down for the check. It’s sad because there is a misperception that blacks do not to well, so service workers slack, I love great service and will to at 50% for excellent service but if you keep providing poor service to a certain group you will probably get basic tips.
