I had a great experience at the National Harbor location of Bond 45, and was expecting the same great experience at the NYC location. While the food was great at the NYC location and the management team were excellent. our servers were so-so, the menus were in shreds (I was told because they were switching to a new menu the next day), and because of the menu switch there were several things that were not available. Maybe we just visited on a bad night.
Great pre theatre standard. I go there all the time, both with groups and alone. Alone, the bar scene is friendly and warm. Table side, the waiters are fun, helpful and efficient. LOVE Bond45 and will CONTINUE to have it be my go-to in the theater district.
it was lovely. The service was spot on. We asked them to split the Branzinni in the kitchen along with the salad and they were gracious and professional. Food was very good. Noise level a bit high but this is a Big place. Will definitely go back.
Third visit and Bond 45 never disappoints. Warm greeting at the door, terrific seating, varied and friendly menu. This time we shared the pear salad and an open-faced lasagna. Try this when you go. Clever presentation of fresh pasta and hearty sauce with splendid meats - rustic and delicate at the same time. Such a treat! Our waiter Marc was attentive and helpful with menu choices. Great pre-theatre restaurant!
I ate here for dinner one night, and lunch the next day. Coincidentally the same hostess and waiter served me. Not only the remembered me, they treated me like a regular. Very nice, professional, and a pleasure to interact with . The food was great. I had the scallops one night and the lobster carbonara the next . Great food, and served hot!

we went to this place before seeing The Lion King. They were very polite and served us with speed...but allowed us to take our time. The food was fantastic. A bit pricy...but worth it.
I've been going to Bond 45 for several years, particularly on theatre days. I always order the same dish. Veal Chop Parmigiania. Although a bit pricey, ($50) it is immense and quite sharable. It is one of the reasons I go to Bond 45. The restaurant is in the heart of the theatre district and so convenient.
Perfect for pre theatre. We have returned several times for its convenience in addition to the great food and ambience. Always on the mark for us. The veal parm is soooo good and plenty for two. Take note of the delicious goodies available in the case while waiting to be seated, try an assortment of the veggies.
