Bond 45, a New York Italian Kitchen & Bar was originally located on 45th street in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977), is now open in its new home on 46th street. Bond 45 is best known for its vegetable antipasto bar which offers a rotating selection of market vegetables and features an expansive menu that include specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day.

Everytime we go to see a Broadway show, we always dine at Bond 45. We tend to go for the seafood entree and never been disappointed. The place is spacious so you never feel squeezed in. The ambiance is vibrant and the service is always reliably pleasant.
our group of 4 celebrated Thanksgiving at Bond 45. We enjoy dining there when we travel to NYC and it never disappoints. Its not inexpenive but considering the quality of the food I consider it a value. Its a totally wonderful experience in all ways from the moment you enter till you leave. The steaks are outstanding as are the veal and seafood dishes. Drinks are expertly mixed and deserts are to die for. Try the peacan-cranberry pie.
Anytime we are in midtown for a cultural event, we make it a point to eat at Bond 45. The restaurant is gorgeous and very vibrant. The food is fantastic and the service is great. We love their unique lasagna and great filet mignon. I recommend asking to be seated at bar level. For many people, the dinner will be pricey, but it is worth the money. Entrees are about $30 each.

We weren't expecting much with the neon sign out front but the reviews were good. We loved everything about it and look forward to going back when we are in the city.
The food was amazing especially the Veal Parmigiana and bucket of Mousse. Our waiter really made sure we understood the options and had a great sense of humor since we were out of towners. I thought this was the best restaurant we ate at on our trip and would recommend to anyone coming to NYC

Saturday Nov. 22 we met friends for dinner after their play and before our play. The host was very warm and welcoming, I made reservations through OpenTable so we were seated within minutes of our reservation time. Our waitress was amazing, knew the menu very well and was good at explaining all of items. The food...its Bond45, so it was delicious as always. We like trying new places any time in the city but this is a definite place for a return visit. You wont be disappointed.
The food was one of the best we ever had. Our server was perfect. Friendly and accomodating to our needs with a professional approach. Prices were moderate and the menu offers something for everyone. If you ask, menu choices can be modified to your preference as well. I will definitely recommend to everyone. 1/2 block from the theater district so very conveniently located for those parties seeing a broadway show.
