We went to lunch at Bond 45 after someone recommended it because it was close to the Broadway show we were seeing (Kinky Boots). It was a bit pricier then I thought it would be but then again it is NYC. The place was pretty and the staff was extremely nice, accommodating and friendly. I did not love what I ordered which was the stuffed artichokes. My daughter had the fried shrimp and calamari and loved it! They gave us great fresh hot chocolate chip cookies complimentary which were very good.

Would have preferred a more expansive brunch type menu...but what we had was very good. Difficult to understand the exorbitant price ($4.50) for a cup of decaf coffee !!!

No complaints. Our dinner choices, i.e., steak and the unique signature lasagna dish were excellent. Service was fantastic and very accommodating and the serving of the individual courses was perfect, not too lengthy and not too rushed!

The place is quite nice. The service was excellent. However we ordered a Porterhouse for two Medium/well and it arrived closer to medium rare/medium. We did not send it back due to time constraints but was definitely disappointed with the steak which had a price tag of $108.

I must have walked passed this place 1,000 times and always saw the big neon sign thinking it was some cheezy Times Square rip-off. Boy was I wrong!!! A friend told me it was his go to place pre- theatre so my family (husband and 2 college students) tried it post matinee. The ambiance was very elegant yet comfortable and understatedly well decorated for the holidays. I had the vegetarian veal parmagian which was one of the best vegetarian dishes I've ever had For appetizers we shared the Fried Shrimp and Calamari,The special... read more

My husband and I booked this restaurant for its close-proximity to the Broadway show we were seeing and really enjoyed the food. The steaks were perfect and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Our service however could have been better, that almost ruined the special dinner, our first time trip to New York City; our server wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either; it was obvious he was unhappy we weren't over indulging on our meal. All in all, we would definitely go again for a great meal and atmosphere if in ... read more

We have gone to Bond 45 for years for family dinners 3 or 4 times per year. It is typically a fun place for large get togethers. The food was solid (but not outstanding). The veal is magnificent in both quantity and quality. The Cesar salad dressing was changed, but good. Unfortunately, our waiter ignored us. The service was very slow and generally unpleasant. We talked to some of the other customers who felt exactly as we did. Hopefully, this was the result of an off night and not a pattern. I certainly would not rush back.

Service was quite good, but, this place is quite ordinary except for it's theater convenient location. Very noisy with a very tired menu.

We have been going for years for a quick dinner before theatre which is what is is good for. The wait staff are professional and curteous. Not a restaurant for dining. Menu has gotten very stale. They need some more vegetarian dishes and create some new appetizers and main courses.
