Bad experience with the finance dept I was very disappointed in the finance dept at the dealership. They lost my paperwork and failed to notify me for 9 days that they could not honor the deal they promised. They also failed to payoff my trade in loan causing me to be delinquent on my payment. When they asked me to come back into the dealership to resign, the original fiance manager pawned me off to a co-worker and did not make himself available to support my needs, the issue that he created. Eileen Moran I call for an appointment, get one and have it there on time, I wait for the car, so when I am told that they are busy and will take longer, why did I have to make an appointment, do you schedule more then one person per time slot? example, I had a 9 am appointment, how many others had 9 am appointments, that is the only problem I have with service

vehicle owner just one comment whilst i understand that the car wash after repair is a courtesy that i am thankful for i think a better job could of been done just seems that the rags they used were not clean and i had streaks all over the vehicle.
Worst Experience Ever !!!!! Went to buy a car needed a co signer had one from Texas as well. Took 6 weeks just to say not approved!!!!!! They kept wanting more pushing back delivery... Would ignore and not return my calls for days. Would not recommend nor buy a car. U couldn’t give me a car from Greg the GM Really seemed like the most shadiness of any dealership I’ve ever been too. Ricardo And Greg were very disrespectful and Plain rude !!!
Kia Customer Service I was treated very well on my last visit at Kia. Even though I did not have an appointment for a oil change. The service was great and the wait time was less than expected.
no trust your warranty forever is a rip off we pay for it with high maintenance service charges.
