Was filter changed Took my car in for an oil change and was told that it needed a new cabin AC filter for 6999 this filter was supposed to have been changed during the 30000 mile warranty 4000 Miles earlier. my concern is that that filter was not changed during the 30,000 mile visit but I was charged for it and then 4,000 miles later had to replace it again for 69 99 plus tax.Prior to this visit we felt confident with the service department, now we are not so sure
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Seriously the worst experience ever buying a car! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! When purchased my car I was under the impression that when I left the dealership I was approved by a bank and they just needed proof of income. Sure no biggie. review We had to travel from Sebring to Melbourne to get an oil change because we bought a deal for free service and were told we could have it done anywhere for free, but that was a lie. Our time there was fine and the service was good, but we don't like being lied to. We have a KIA dealership right here. We bought there because we were in an accident and needed a car before we could go home.

Customer Boniface Hiers Kia Dealership is the Best from sales to financing. Elias was so helpful and knowledgeable he made me feel so comfortable when I purchased my cars. Chase in finance was very nice . I met Mike Brown when I came in the dealership he was very pleasant. Cheryl really was a help on the phone when I had questions. I recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.
Kia Forte Sales were great and really helpful. Gap coverage was added to my payment when I did not agree to it and am not getting the response to correct it that I should.
Service satisfactory but a couple of issues I had no problem with the actual service of my vehicle. However, I had scheduled the appointment online several weeks before the actual appointment, and I had chosen interior detailing as a service that I wanted, and I had also asked for an estimate of the services I had chosen. I did not receive any response from the service department either by phone or email.
