Miguel Disappointed do not offer car wash anymore, their is never any coffee and at least you can offer hot dogs even if you charge something for your customers while they wait.
Not satisfied I drove for 1 1/2 to get there, but before I got there l call and explain my credit situation and the sales man that answer my call say not to worry that I was approved. Not at all, first I didn't even get to choose the car, the sales person did. Then after more than 2 hours we settle for a 350.00 monthly payment for a Kia forte. It was already 5pm on a Saturday. Only an oil change It was a simple oil change so there really wasn't much to it or many decisions to make so I'm going to sit here and struggle trying to use words to move past this so i can submit it. This is more of a pain than then anything the dealership had me do lol
Internet Sales I submitted an application for financing and I spoke with an internet sales rep named Brie. She wanted my pay-stubs and info via email. I wasted my whole sat waiting for a response from this agent I called twice and 2 hrs apart and this agent had another employee tell me she will get back to me 20 mins before they close I waited all day my only day off to finally call and talk with Brie to tell me she will submit my info Monday. Kia Optima I couldn't be more pleased with the service I get from my Kia dealer in Melbourne Florida. The service techs are polite, courteous, and very friendly. You feel right at home.
Kia Optima 2016 I love my new car but not the payment. I had to agree on a payment $30.00 higher than originally planned...second thoughts I should have fought harder.

Leased vehicle and service experience Jerome and Terry were very helpful for the entire leasing process. They went beyond what we expected for the vehicle we actually came in for, and gave us a much better deal then we thought.
