Oil change I had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change, arrives 20 minutes early. At 10:15 I went to check on the vehicle and they asked who he was. They went and checked on my vehicle and told me I was next. Why are you scheduling an 8;30 appointment and haven't even touched my vehicle for almost 2 hours?
Read Before Signing Unfortunately I cannot give Boniface a positive review for one reason, $899.00 added to the price during the finance process. The price agreed on was the price plus TTT (taxes, title and tags). After signing the paper (without paying attention) I get home to find a dealer prep charge of $899 was added to the vehicle price. TERRIBLE! Misrepresented numbers during turning a lease to a purchase. We we told that 100000 mile warranty would be included in purchase price. Will never deal with them again!
Very unhappy Wasted my time telling me to come back knowing I was not making a down payment just to tell me he could not help me. Salesman was fantastic. Finance guy was horrible. Will never go back there again and will tell everyone I know to stay away.
salesmans attitude went to look at the sportage, was led to the used car lot not new car lot and was given the usual speel when joyce asked a question he smugly replied "ok i'll say it again" she then replied to me "lets go we are out of here" with that we left and he realized his rudeness attempted to draw us back but you cant xxxx off a senior female from brooklyn who was paying cash OH WELL
