Excellent job Tiger I called Tiger for a pre trip inspection on my Sorento. When I arrived at Boniface Hiers Kia, Tiger was there to greet me and immediately started the inspection process. During the inspection, the mechanic noticed that my brake pads were getting worn, but did not to be replaced now. Oil change at Boniface Hiers in Melbourne Customer service is always timely, professional and efficient, but I was disappointed with the price increase for an oil change ($10 from 6 months ago). I had just been to another auto repair location with my son's vehicle, and saw their price for a change and check up, which was about $20 less than Boniface. I do feel pressure from the service employees, as if they must "up-sell" some service or product to me and my vehicle. Becomes an uncomfortable situation.
No return of phone call I called your Kia dealer in Melbourne wanting prices for a new Kia Sportage on a lease or purchase. Person I spoke to ( I think Ron) took down what I was interested in purchasing , phone number and said he would call back today. Well he did not. I guessing if your service is run like your sales dept it would be a horrifying thing to get any service. I am in the Kissimmee area and didn't t want to drive over without getting prices and I told him that. Thanks for your precious time.
The service dept is the good thing at this local My buying process & the non care of service by the manager , the loan dept & the title dept was horrendous. My KIA was towed because they never transfered the license plate. I had to pay $300 to get it from the tow yard, out of my pocket. The service dept asked the manager to talk to me about their mess up & I've never heard from the manager. Service Staff is great, but upon leaving and half way home the "maintenance is due" light came on,or was on and should have been reset. Also the side panel I had replaced was fine but now the speaker in door vibrates, so I have to take another trip back to dealership.
Great Service Department. Will buy your car there! We had an agreed upon deal to trade our vehicle and buy a new sorento. When we arrived to close on the deal, the paper work had an additional $899 document processing fee to Boniface Hiers. We objected. The general manager came over and tried to tell us what we agreed to. We explained that the sales rep had told us to make a proposal. We did and he had approved our offer. Miguel Disappointed do not offer car wash anymore, their is never any coffee and at least you can offer hot dogs even if you charge something for your customers while they wait.
Not satisfied I drove for 1 1/2 to get there, but before I got there l call and explain my credit situation and the sales man that answer my call say not to worry that I was approved. Not at all, first I didn't even get to choose the car, the sales person did. Then after more than 2 hours we settle for a 350.00 monthly payment for a Kia forte. It was already 5pm on a Saturday.
