Jane White I've been bringing my Kia Sorento to Boniface for service even tho I bought the car in Orlando. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and caring about my concerns with my car. The sevice done on my car is first rate as is the customer service. If i ever decide to buy a new Sorento it will be from Boniface.
KIA Soul Recall Notice Received recall notice in the mail. Scheduled an appointment with the dealer's service department for a time and day that was convenient for me. They fixed the problem at no charge in a reasonable time and I was on my way.

Eileen Moran I call for an appointment, get one and have it there on time, I wait for the car, so when I am told that they are busy and will take longer, why did I have to make an appointment, do you schedule more then one person per time slot? example, I had a 9 am appointment, how many others had 9 am appointments, that is the only problem I have with service
Top notch service every time. I have been using this dealership for more than 23 years. It has always met or exceeded my expectations. I and my family have purchased 5 cars from this dealer and will probably buy more if we live long enough. What keeps me coming back is primarily the quality of service.
