Maintenance service Service is always top notch. Tiger is always caring of the customers. Sandi is a big help in the sales as I have sold one car and leased one and then bought two. I am very pleased with the service.
60000 mile service Tiger greeted me right away and had all my 60000 mile service taken care of quickly. He went over all service done. And walked me to my car to be sure my air conditioning was working correctly and that I used all controls for maximum benefit.
Bring back the vacuum I choose to service my car at Boniface due to the awesome service I receive from Tiger and Yves. I have been a loyal customer for Boniface for over 10 years and have seen many changes. I get my oil changes there because I know I can trust what Tiger or Yves tells me. I do miss getting my car vacuumed and hope you would consider offering a VIP service to long standing customers. I was disappointed in the wash job as the washer left soap streaks and I had to redo my car wash.
My Recall Repair The man in the service area that waited on us was amazingly friendly and professional. He treated us very very well. The repair was done in a timely manner. The entire repair process was painless to deal with. Thank you Boniface Heirs Kia.
Jane White I've been bringing my Kia Sorento to Boniface for service even tho I bought the car in Orlando. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and caring about my concerns with my car. The sevice done on my car is first rate as is the customer service. If i ever decide to buy a new Sorento it will be from Boniface.
KIA Soul Recall Notice Received recall notice in the mail. Scheduled an appointment with the dealer's service department for a time and day that was convenient for me. They fixed the problem at no charge in a reasonable time and I was on my way.

Eileen Moran I call for an appointment, get one and have it there on time, I wait for the car, so when I am told that they are busy and will take longer, why did I have to make an appointment, do you schedule more then one person per time slot? example, I had a 9 am appointment, how many others had 9 am appointments, that is the only problem I have with service
