I had a wonderful experience at your dealership I had 2 things needing adjusting on my car and brought my Kia Soul Plus in to see if it was covered under warranty. I did not have an appointment either. My service advisor checked to see if the 2 items were covered and they were. They ordered the parts and now I will be advised when they come in and the dealership will install them free of charge under warranty. I was very happy and the waiting room was very comfortable. Great service! Great caring service. Repair took an overnight to fix. When I picked up the Soul there was no charge since Kia felt the issue may have resulted in a previous service. Again, I Always bed great service from this location.
