Service review We didn't have to wait too long to be seen or have the work - routine oil change, tire rotation, car wash - completed. And the car washing was excellent.
Satisfied Customer Always satisfied when I bring my car in. Employees very kind and helpful. Have been coming to Kia for many years. Our sales person Dave is so nice and helpful. Eves also is very kind and helpful every time I come. Always explains things very clearly. Your Kia facility is the only place both me and my husband will buy cars from.
Kia Optima Repair took a little longer due to a lot of people getting work done on their KIa models
My Review of Anthony Trainer I bought a KIA Optima 2 years ago at this dealership and I love my KIA. When I go in for oil changes or to get new tires I usually end up getting Anthony Trainer. He is always very pleasant and cheerful and most importantly - very thorough. I appreciate him always making sure everything I need is taken care of. Kia optima Every time Im at the service dept the service is impeccable!
Vehicle service Friendly, polite and fast service. Offered amenities such as WiFi, coffee/water, magazines and snacks. There was no wait time when walking in and the service was great. Will definitely comeback for future services and will recommend to my family and friends. Great employees and supervisors answered all my questions and concerns.
