Maintenance Tiger is always nice to work with. He had the work done as fast as possible. I lived to far away be taken home so I hung out at the dealership. They offered beverages and snacks. I meant others waiting in the show room and we all talked about our pets. The time went by faster than I thought. Thank You Tiger
Great Place With Great Staff I bought my 2016 Kia Forte here brand new and have had no issues so far. The Warranty Forever is a nice perk. The staff always does a great job and the facility/amenities are great as I wait for work to be done.
Service feedback I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership. I called for a service appointment, was given an appointment, serviceman understood my problem immediately, the consultant reviewed the work performed, I waited in the service department, offered amenities, problem fixed within in one hour, and fixed right the first time. The consultant kept me informed of the status of the repair.

KIA Forte LX 5000 mile service The KIA Forte that I purchased at this Dealer had the 5000 mile service done within one hour. I arrived 15 minutes early, had the the paper work done and the car serviced with no hassles. I was pleased with hole process.
Service review We didn't have to wait too long to be seen or have the work - routine oil change, tire rotation, car wash - completed. And the car washing was excellent.

Kia Optima Repair took a little longer due to a lot of people getting work done on their KIa models
My Review of Anthony Trainer I bought a KIA Optima 2 years ago at this dealership and I love my KIA. When I go in for oil changes or to get new tires I usually end up getting Anthony Trainer. He is always very pleasant and cheerful and most importantly - very thorough. I appreciate him always making sure everything I need is taken care of.
