Service experience My wife recently brought in our 2018 Kia Soul for service at your facility. She was extremely pleased with the service completed on the vehicle, as well as the treatment she received from the staff at Boniface Heirs. Review, service date 12/11/18 After having an oil change and tire rotation early on the morning of 11/11/18, at a total cost of $66.09 (labor - $34.55, parts - $20.34, misc. charges - $6.86, sales tax - $4.33), in that same days mail I received a large postcard notification "From Your Participating KIA Dealerships" of an oil change special at $24.95 and tire rotation at $9.95; at total of $23.75 LESS than I had spent earlier that day.
