I talked to Stephen Gould and told him what was going on in my life and about how my boyfriend needed a new car due to his breaking and he started the process of financing a vehicle. He made us feel very comfortable in what we were doing and I am very blessed to have came across his posts in the marketplace. He let us come in as a walk in and helped us right away. This is for the Mazda service department not anything related to Kia. They were helpful and did things the right way. We didn't purchase the car from them originally but they took very good care of us.
I see this review is for the Kia dealership. Mine was with the Mazda dealership (also owned by Boniface Heirs). This is my fourth Mazda (two bought at Boniface Heirs) and all four serviced there. EXCELLENT is the only thing I can say about my experiences there from about 2007 to present. Only one complaint - they kept Ives there (at Kia) when they opened the new Mazda dealership on Nasa Blvd. I miss him but I got a great replacement with Wesley.
I went to look at a Sorrento. First impression was excellent. The employees are professional and dressed very nicely. The cars outside are all clean and ready to see. Kevin was the gentleman with whom I dealt. He was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone going to this dealership.
