RecommendedI needed to replace my SIRIUS radio/navigation system on my Kia Sportage. My service representative "Tiger" got me another one within a few days and, since I have an extended warranty I only had to pay a small deductible. I was thrilled since this is a very expensive piece of equipment. The service was excellent. I am one very happy customer.
I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was pleasant and greeted me with a smile. What couldn't be fixed a replacement was ordered.
Went in for a tire problem had a nail in it cost a little much $35 to fix because they did it from the inside of the tire BUT in turn our associate turned us on to 3 different RECALLS that needed to be addressed they fixed 2 of them on the spot FOC and the 3rd part is on order when it comes in they will call us and fix it FOC so all and all not a bad visit to Boniface Hires Kia this time.
Went there yesterday to see what they could do for me, my old lease was up in March 2017. They were all great! A special thanks to Butch Stokes who worked with me every step of the way. I was the first person to buy/lease a car on New Years Day. I would highly recommended them. Thank you everyone at Boniface-Heirs!
