RecommendedI just had my 7500 mile service on my Soul. My service advisor, Kevin Thomson, was friendly and willing to make sure I am happy. Coupons on oil changes along with the oil company's rebate keep my service costs low. The car wash and vacuum makes my car look great. They checked everything and my total cost was $14. They don't try to sell you service you don't need. My previous experience with a product recall also went well. Had the same service advisor then. I will always ask for him whenever I need service.

Despite the negative comments, we have found great service at Kia -- we have two Souls. The service is reasonable priced though the battery to replace in my Kia 2012 was $50 more than auto zone so we went to auto zone -- other services are as good or better than elsewhere. If we did have a problem we would scream loudly and demand a solution -- Advice to others who have had issues.
