Great service while getting car serviced The Service advisor I had was Yves Fernandez, He was very attentive and let me know what was needed for my vehicle.
Was filter changed Took my car in for an oil change and was told that it needed a new cabin AC filter for 6999 this filter was supposed to have been changed during the 30000 mile warranty 4000 Miles earlier. my concern is that that filter was not changed during the 30,000 mile visit but I was charged for it and then 4,000 miles later had to replace it again for 69 99 plus tax.Prior to this visit we felt confident with the service department, now we are not so sure
The Best Tiger is always courteous and professional. He is always so very busy but makes you feel like you are the only one being helped. Although I am impressed by the service department I will never purchase another vehicle from Bonaface Hiers.

Recall Repair... update for CPU I had a rare recall for an update to the CPU. Tiger had it taken care of for me quickly. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. I will definitely consider having more work done to my vehicle when its needed at that particular dealership.
Recent servicing of my car. I took my car in for a routine maintenance and was very pleased with the process and the person who handled it.
