We've been taking our pets on time for every visit since we started going. Waiting times have been long almost 3 hours and we dont complain. We were late 20 minutes for our appointment and vet would not see our 2 pets unless we were put as walk ins. No consideration that we are coming for Edinburg. Last vist, receptions forgot to give me my debit card and I had to make the drive all the way back and again i did not complain. Very unprofessional and rude from vet.

I’ve been coming to Border for many years and yes I still keep coming even though the wait is ridiculously long. My appointment was at 4:20 it’s now 6:20 and still here. I do understand emergencies as well but this is nuts ……
El tiempo de atención es pésimo aún teniendo cita siempre tardan demasiado
Had an appointment at noon. Waited 3 hours for my pet to get vaccinated. What is the point of having an appointment if you are going to wait that long. Basically was told walk-ins came before my appointment. I absolutely do not recommend this place! And I could even get a discount!
