This place is a rip off, talk about expensive, price gouging for sure, I waited an hour and a half with my dog to see a vet, that is not acceptable, I'm going somewhere else, where they treat you like a person, they acted as though they could care less weather you were waited on or not, they will never get another dollar from me, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there
Food for thought . Made appointment to have our 16 year old poodle put to sleep . He was born with no eyes and had lost his hearing . Was becoming more restless daily . After talking with receptionist and making appt. three days earlier , thought everything was in order . Worked up the courage to do the last thing I wanted to . Horrible service. I will not take my pets to this place any longer. Last week or so I took my pet in for a nail trim and the clerk was literally on her phone for over 5 minutes texting. I stood there the entire time watching her. I asked for a manager she then closed the drawer where her phone was hidden and said she was gone for the day. This lady had the rudest attitude i had ever heard. Her shirt read mari if that helps any.
I'm sorry but these guys are just too expensive and please do not take your sick dog here if you don't have all the money upfront because they will not help you it's money first and then we can see your dog ..it's does not cost that much to help save a dog but they will charge you till you have no money or just euthenize your pup ..
Do NOT take your pets to this place if you consider them family these people only care about the amount of money in your pockets they didn't give my baby a chance as soon as the heartless vet looked at her he said he can simply charge me to unthinize her and when I took her brother to the country vet in Combes they told me she had a fighting chance and they could've saved her for $100 when I told the vet I would pay the $1000 he wanted to charge his eyes lighted and told me there'd be an 80% chance but they didn't allow hal... read more
We just picked up our dog that had been boarded there for 2 1/2 days. We gave them a 4 hour window to have the dog bathed as promised when we dropped him off. Instead, his bed was soaked with urine and had feces in it. Apparently the 4 walks a day and careful supervision of your pet is not part of their agenda. The mighty dollar reigns supreme.
