Literally been on the phone with border hospital for about 15 + minutes just to ask them a simple question. I called again and the same thing. So the third time they just let it go to voicemail. This is very unprofessional.
My Dog was attacked by my neighbors dog and with my Dog bleeding I was refused help because they stated they don’t treat emergencies and only administer vaccinations.
I couldn’t believe when I spoke to my mom about this place and the incident she had with her pet. This place has incompetent personnel working there. There is a high turnover rate with their staff. It seems like every time I’ve gone there new personnel is working. No one seems to be at the front desk when you arrive or they have one person trying to do everything. RecommendedThis place is not bad, the staff needs to be more organized and friendly. Greatly disappointed. We usually board our dog and request spa services the day before and on the paper and to the receptionist and this is the THIRD time the service was not provided. Nothing was scheduled. I specifically checked and noted spa services on the paper. Especially noticing how the groomer decides to talk rudely in front of the staff and customers after receiving "this is all I got." Poor customer service! I can’t believe the extensive waiting time! I was in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes then when I asked how much longer, it was another 10 minutes before I got into a room. Dr came in about 5-7 min later to explain some stuff. He asked if I had signed anything yet. No I hadn’t so now i assume I am waiting to sign something...that was 40 minutes ago! I recommend you take a day off from work if you need to come here .

Over priced,Charged me 95$ for over the counter joint supplement that is 35$ online. At the prices they charge you would think they would have shiny new equipment but the pace looks like something out of the 60's. Dr seemed competent but $400 for a couple of x rays and some joint supplement was way to much, vet at home charged $160 for same type of problem on other leg about a year ago that included prescription medicine for arthritis. WINTER TEXANS BEWARE
Don't trust the vet techs. Edelstein is excellent. Staff not so much.
We showed up to this clinic on 4/23 at around 2pm. We were told that without an appointment that there would be a longer wait. We said that it would be okay and we signed in. An hour later, we were called up and told that they were no longer seeing any animals after all. Why couldn't they just turn us away when we walked in and not make us wait over an hour just to say "oh never mind, we can't see you."
