I have found working with Bottini a positive experience overall from the people who set up the appointment to the service person who came to clean the oil furnace and water heater. he was polite. the area he worked in was clean when he left, and he gave me feedback before he left.
Whenever I call for assistance your 'team' comes and is unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the news they gave us was not so good, although one of the men announced "I told you 20 years ago you need a new system!" Yes, that's the story now. I only regret that I invested so much in oil delivery last year - big expensive waste. - We were told there might be a new type of heating system, which we will hear about when the cooler weather sets in.
