After being 100% Against Bottini Fuel, I was completely turned around. Not only are the prices competitive, but Cassandra was great with explaining everything and answering all my questions. The gentleman that came to my home to replace the old ones that were here from the previous owner, was wonderful! Extremely polite, courteous, friendly, helpful, as well as quick. I did not get his name, but he was Great!! I have totally changed my perspective regarding Bottini due to these 2 employees that I have dealt with!
When the storm hit elec out for days needed propane to keep generator going for days. Called and got delivery 8 am next day. Very polite professional service and price fantastic. Highly recommend them.

The service man, named Joe arrived within 10 min. of the call from the office indicating he was on the way. He is a friendly knowledgeable person that answered my questions clearly. Joe, and all the other fine Bottini employees I have encountered are the reason I have been a customer for over 30 years.
