We were in Florida when the boiler broke. My son dealt with you. This happened on Feb. 4th (Superbowl Sunday); and Bottini employees immediately came and inspected the boiler; then ordered the boiler. They installed it on Tuesday, Feb. 6th. That was right before a snowstorm on Wednesday. That was good because the pipes could have frozen. We'll see how it is working when we return the end of April. Karl Wettels
