No hot water. Tried to reset heater, but tripped off. Called Bottini at 7:00 AM; they called back at 7:15, and a service man was out that morning and got the heater going. That night, tripped off again. Called Bottini. Another tech came the next morning, everything fixed. Very responsive. I'm pleased.
