Team Thomas provided invaluable knowledge and patience during the homebuying process and really mitigate the stress we were expecting to feel during such a big investment. We had to deal with prearranged travel during our closing period, but they kept us on task and on time to close on our scheduled date. It was great to work with them and we’d be happy to do it again and refer friends to them.

I had just found a great realtor who recommended Brady as a lender. After an email introduction, Brady warmly welcomed me to the world of first time home buyer and sent me the loan application forms. Unexpectedly, I found my ideal home just a couple weeks later, on a Sunday afternoon. Offers were do on Monday by 5pm. But I hadn't even started my loan application yet.
