Getting a mortgage is a rare event to me (and probably to many). So it was unclear what I had to prepare and how this process would go. Brady was very easy to work with. He was on my side from the beginning without trying. Also secure movements of documents in the cloud meant that I didn't have to search emails for attachments etc. My experience with a competing lender was a mess of moving parts that got to be too much. Keep it simple. Be helpful. Brady gets it.

Brady allayed my fears and concerns as I was refinancing my home. As a senior citizen, I had reservations about my financial ability to refinance. He, responded to my emails quickly, answering my questions patiently. He was there for me every step of the way. He is thorough, thoughtful, and works with his clients to achieve their goals.

You hear a lot about houses falling out of escrow due to the loan not going through. Such was not the case for us, it was smooth sailing all the way. My husband got laid off after we were pre-qualified, but the team scrambled to get us requalified based on my salary alone, They did it so fast that we were able to make a bid on a house that same weekend. Hands down slam dunk. Got in and out in a timely fashion. Much was working in my favor. At points where we had to make a push Brady was handling smooth sailing to make sure we didn't fall behind not reach our destinations. All and all great experience with Brady and LaSalle's team of All-Stars.
