Brady and his team were wonderful as they serviced our refinance. We had just completed a nightmare home purchase with another lender and were wary of starting the process all over again. They were able to get us a substantially better rate that saves us hundreds of dollars each month on our mortgage. Brady did a great job managing our loan. He was on it at every second, taking the time to explain details and options to ensure we had everything we needed to make the right decision. Our house closing time period was also very short, and he was able to work with us very fast to get exactly what we needed to close.

Just completed a re-fi on a rental property with Team Thomas. This was my second mortgage they've done - they helped me when I bought a new primary residence a few years back.
