Brady and his team were phenomenal throughout every step of the process. Brady took my phone calls early in the morning, late in the evening, and explained everything with the utmost clarity. Brady has experience and knowledge that makes working with him super easy. He does his best to get your loan approved with no issues and no hiccups. I reached out to him after receiving a quick timetable of 45 days to move from our current house and Brady got to work within the same day, sending us a ton of information and "homework" to make the lending process as smooth as possible. Going through the loan process can be a bit stressful to say the least, and with all the information that you have to disclose can be a bit frightening. Brady & team were really great with our loan process. We found our house the same day they were evaluating bids, and were able to get pre-qualified that same day! With the frenzied real estate climate of the Bay Area this type of responsiveness is really necessary in order to get the home you want. On top they were super knowledgeable, helping us understand the nuances of home-buying as first-timers. Highly recommended!

I dread doing a mortgage loan since my previous experience with a local bank Mortgage Loan department was so painful. Brady was very clear and thorough in his communication from the beginning to end. There was never any confusion which documents were needed and went. He also had an awesome support team who were very responsive via email and phones.
